Job summary

TensorWave Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Summer Event Intern to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale trade shows and conferences.

You will collaborate with the Field Marketing team and cross-functional partners to bring our brand to life through memorable in-person and virtual experiences, with opportunities to lead defined workstreams on-site.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with event platforms (Lu.ma, Eventbrite, Splash) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events.
• Coordinate venue selection, vendors, shipping, swag inventory, on-site setup.
• Collaborate with design team for collateral and signage.
• Help manage event registration, attendee communications, and surveys.
• Track budgets, invoices, and expenses; maintain records.
• Monitor event metrics and compile post-event recaps.
• Support campaigns that drive attendance and pipeline.
• Attend at least one live event and own a workstream on-site.
