The Summer College Internship Program at Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid summer experience for undergraduate and graduate students.

Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by their managers, and build skills through development workshops focused on core business concepts. Interns may explore tracks in Business Administration, IT, Analytics & Data, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, HR, and more.

Qualifications

• Pursuing full-time undergraduate or graduate degree; enrolled continuously.
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to work with diverse audiences.
• Experience with Power BI and data analysis tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support MAR process narrative tracking and data analysis tasks.
• Assist with policy tracking and uploading policies to Logic Gate.
• Create and deliver audit dashboards using Power BI and present findings.
