Qualifications

• 3-4 years in media with online advertising experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and client-focused.
• Experience with offline media is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily paid social campaigns: launches, budgets, bid management, analytics, reporting, and optimizations.
• Identify and implement actions to meet client goals through paid social opportunities.
• Report on campaigns and identify how to optimize performance.
• Guide creative based on performance and results when needed.
• Monitor and proactively optimize ongoing campaigns for multiple clients.
• Assign work to traffickers or junior campaign managers.
• Coach the team to improve paid social skills and goal alignment.
• Keep up with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager updates.
• Ensure all deliverables meet service level agreements.
