Job summary

Entravision Communications Corporation’s US Digital team is seeking a Paid Social Team Lead in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage a small team handling paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on launches, optimization, and reporting.

You will lead trafficking, budgeting, and performance analysis, coaching junior staff and aligning campaigns with client goals while staying current with platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of media experience with online advertising and paid social campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with data interpretation skills.
• Experience optimizing and reporting on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Facebook Blueprint Media Buying Professional certification required by month 3.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily paid social campaign operations including launches, budgets, bids, tracking, reporting and optimizations.
• Identify tactics to meet client goals through paid social opportunities.
• Report performance and identify optimization opportunities across campaigns.
• Guide creative based on performance and results when needed.
• Coach and develop team members on paid social best practices and goals alignment.
