Job Summary
Seeking an experienced professional with a background in leading campaigns focused on new customer acquisition, traffic generation, and demand generation. A passion for Entertainment, Technology, and Gaming is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for awareness-based campaigns and, occasionally, conversion-based campaigns, ensuring efficient use of budgets.
- Monitor daily campaign performance to meet delivery and advertiser goals.
- Plan and manage campaign budgets, and implement initiatives that surpass client metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft paid media strategies and customizable amplification plans, including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, flighting, and budgeting based on market and platform trends.
- Provide comprehensive campaign and ad reports from various sources such as in-platform analytics, bid management platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, X Ads, Snap Ads).
- Analyze performance data, interpret results succinctly, and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Identify new ad placement opportunities and train sales teams accordingly.
- Coordinate communication with social media platform representatives regarding platform updates.
- Work with the Director of Client Services to forecast amplification spends monthly and organize platform invoicing.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve business, campaign, and team goals.
- Support international teams with paid social efforts and coordinate with other brand marketing teams within the organization.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in paid social media, managing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Experience with self-service social advertising platforms.
- Proven success in managing large, complex paid social campaigns with quick turnaround times.
- Experience with ad management platforms for daily optimization.
- Ability to run view and impression-based campaigns across multiple platforms.
