Remote Work is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical intern to support paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok. You will plan, launch, monitor campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with creative teams to test ads, with a focus on data-driven performance insights.

The role offers exposure to CRO initiatives, SOP development, and hands-on experience in performance marketing. Excellent written/verbal communication and eagerness to learn are a must.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Comfort with data and basic performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and monitor paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with creative teams to test new ad creatives and messaging
• Implement A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Assist CRO initiatives by tracking test results
• Help create and maintain SOPs for campaign management and reporting
