Job summary

Peloton is seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Social, to drive performance of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and other platforms. You will craft testing calendars, report insights, and collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Analytics to optimize full-funnel results.

You will translate complex data into strategic recommendations, lead multiple campaigns, and contribute to budget planning.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest; LinkedIn/Reddit a plus)
Experience overseeing acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaigns with measurable results
Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams
Knowledge of brand lift, conversion lift, A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Strong multi-project prioritization and organizational skills
Proficiency with media-specific spreadsheet functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and budget management

Responsibilities

Monitor campaign performance across platforms and optimize to exceed targets
Craft comprehensive weekly reports and present insights to Growth Marketing leadership
Develop paid social strategies and testing calendars aligned with marketing objectives
Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests for creative, audience, and targeting
Advise on budget allocation based on last-touch/MMM performance
Collaborate with internal Creative and external agencies to produce high-performing ads
Manage relationships with social vendors and partners for efficient execution
Create and maintain AI agents and agentic workstreams
