Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join the thriving Paid Media team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, running campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other networks, while coordinating with colleagues to ensure integrated success.

You will leverage analytics, optimize reporting, and advise clients on optimizing business outcomes through digital advertising. A strong mix of creativity and analysis is valued in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns and using AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor campaigns against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Regularly update clients on campaign status and performance.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to achieve business goals with digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
