Walz Tetrick Advertising is seeking a skilled Paid Social Specialist to manage campaigns for multiple clients, contribute to weekly and monthly reporting, and participate in client meetings with the team. You will share insights, propose ideas, and help translate them into stronger campaigns in a busy, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, thoughtful questions, and growth within a supportive culture. Office presence is expected Monday-Thursday with flexibility on Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid social advertising experience.
• Experience planning and buying directly in social platforms with varying objectives/budgets.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategic integrated media plans.
• Align client objectives with KPIs to optimize campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly, and sometimes weekly, client reports.
• Collaborate with agency team to brainstorm and evaluate new opportunities.
• Handle client and vendor billing and reconcile with accounting.
