Fanatics Betting & Gaming seeks an Associate of Paid Social (OC) to support paid social campaign execution, pacing, QA, and reporting for the Online Casino business. This role assists with campaign builds, creative trafficking, budget monitoring, performance analysis, and operational excellence across paid social channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paid social or related field.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads, X Ads, Reddit Ads and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and communicating takeaways.
• Bachelor degree preferred in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support paid social campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and optimization for Fanatics Casino initiatives.
• Monitor pacing against budget, acquisition, revenue, efficiency, and payback targets.
• Pull and interpret performance reporting from Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, Reddit, and dashboards.
• Prepare weekly performance summaries, creative test trackers, and campaign notes.
• Coordinate with agency partners to ensure campaign builds, optimizations, reporting, asset handoffs and deadlines.
• QA creative assets, ad copy, offer messaging, destination URLs, promo codes, state eligibility, responsible gaming language, and compliance approvals.
• Maintain documentation for launches, optimizations, learnings, spend reconciliation, and recurring reporting processes.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, Casino Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams.
• Track platform trends, competitor messaging, and best practices to identify optimization opportunities.
• Continuously develop platform expertise across major paid social buying tools and reporting systems.
