Uline, a North American shipping materials distributor, is seeking a Paid Search Associate to analyze campaign data, optimize Google Ads, and contribute to the company’s digital marketing strategy across product lines and business units. You will manage search campaigns, evaluate performance, assist with email campaigns, and prepare clear reports to drive ROI.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 1+ years of paid search experience are preferred; on-site role based in Pleasant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field (Master's preferred).
• 1+ years of experience managing paid search programs or performing in-depth data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google AdWords.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google search campaigns across multiple product lines and units.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize planning and maximize ROI.
• Evaluate, approve, and execute email campaigns, monitor performance, and manage lists.
• Prepare clear, informative reports for paid search activities.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of available marketing tactics within Google's ad programs.
