Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on paid search experience across multiple engines and devices, including bidding strategies and PLAs/RSAs/DSAs.
• Advanced Excel skills; Google Ads certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement Shopping/PLA and feed-based strategy.
• Manage day-to-day paid search operations with KPI accountability (traffic, margin, revenue).
• Collaborate with US Digital Activation, Merchandising, Buyers, Web Analytics, and Global Performance Marketing teams.
• Oversee US Shopping paid search budget and optimize allocation for ROI and sales goals.
• Train stakeholders on best practices and act as NAM paid search expert.
• Manage vendor or platform relationships to improve performance.
