Uline, a family‑owned North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is offering a 2027 Paid Search Intern position at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing campaigns, researching keywords and testing ads while learning the strategy behind one of the largest in-house paid search programs.

This 12-week internship provides structured mentorship, housing for out-of-town interns, and the potential to join Uline full-time after graduation.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how paid search campaigns are planned, launched and optimized to support Uline's marketing and business goals.
• Review campaign data and processes to identify trends, uncover insights and support marketing recommendations.
• Research keywords and support ad development and testing initiatives to help improve campaign performance.
• Build your digital marketing expertise by working with experienced professionals and gaining insight into customer behavior, Uline's products and advertising strategy.
