Job summary

Uline is offering a Paid Search Internship for Summer 2027 at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll gain hands-on experience analyzing campaigns, researching keywords and testing ads while learning the strategy behind a large in-house paid search program.

We provide mentorship, housing for out-of-town interns, and a collaborative in-person work environment. Earn competitive pay over the summer with potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Full-time, 12-week internship open to junior-status college students.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how paid search campaigns are planned, launched and optimized to support marketing goals.
• Review campaign data and processes to identify trends and support marketing recommendations.
• Research keywords and support ad development and testing to improve performance.
• Build digital marketing expertise by working with professionals and learning about customer behavior and Uline's strategy.
