Real Chemistry is actively seeking a digital media professional to oversee paid search campaigns in the U.S., focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will own end-to-end execution, optimize performance, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will mentor junior teammates, develop strategies aligned with client KPIs, and manage pacing and budget in a hybrid or remote-friendly environment within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing digital media campaigns with hands-on paid search experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Develop tactical strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs, and manage pacing and budget.
• Translate campaign data into insights and mentor junior team members.
