As a Paid Search Associate, you’ll dig into campaign data to make optimizations, drive paid search traffic and execute overall digital marketing strategy for corporate-sponsored businesses and charities.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage Google ad campaigns related to search across multiple product lines and business units.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize planning and execute digital strategies that maximize ROI.
• Evaluate, approve, and execute email campaigns, monitor performance, and manage lists.
• Prepare clear, informative reports for paid search activities.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of available marketing tactics within Google's ad programs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
• 1+ years of experience directly managing paid search programs or in-depth data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google AdWords.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
