Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you into a store leader. You will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Team Members to learn operations and customer service.

As you progress, you will gain hands-on experience and be prepared to advance to a management role across Menards 330+ locations. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and driven to lead, this is your path to a rewarding retail career.
