Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services offers a paid appraisal intern position for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields. The internship runs May 2027 to August 2027 at the Mt Pleasant, MI office, paying $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Strong interest in or prior experience in agricultural/real estate.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completion of real property appraisals and/or valuations.
• Assist with on-site inspection of real property collateral.
• Assist with collection and analysis of comparable real property sales data.
• Completion of real property value studies.
• Assist staff in providing customer service that exceeds expectations.
