Job summary

The Fall R&D Engineering Co-op is a paid 16-week program located in Bloomington, IN. It provides hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing, a direct mentor, and meaningful projects across R&D Engineering.

In addition to a housing stipend and access to a fitness center, the program includes learning events and a capstone presentation, preparing students for advanced careers in life sciences and devices.

Responsibilities

• Utilize engineering knowledge to produce project deliverables/docs.
• Adhere to QMS, FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training requirements and pursue development opportunities.
• Work effectively with others across the global organization.
• Adhere to safety requirements and maintain punctual attendance.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Demonstrate clear communication and work with minimal supervision.
• Remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations.
