Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking a motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. You will work in-person Monday through Friday and gain exposure to client service, risk management, operations, sales, business analytics, and more.

You will partner with teams on diverse projects, learn through hands-on experience, and receive mentorship and training to help you grow as an emerging professional in MMA.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher required at application and start date.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. is required.
• All academic grades considered.

Responsibilities

• Gain real world resume-building experience with MMA.
• Partner with teams on diverse projects to develop MMA's brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support MMA departments.
• Provide meaningful support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff.
• Maintain positive relationships and grow your professional network.
• Participate in national and regional classes for industry exposure.
• Cultivate industry relationships to expand networking opportunities.
