Qualifications

Associate's in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing is required.
New Graduate: One year of Nursing/Patient Care in an acute care setting.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (Virginia) or Compact State Licensure.
BLS certification required.
ACLS, PALS, NRP and related certifications may be required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect total nursing care for assigned patients.
Supervise assigned personnel and ensure policy adherence.
Interpret and communicate information effectively in written, oral and visual forms.
Demonstrate clinical reasoning and leadership in patient care.
