Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia DHP is required.
• New graduates with under one year of nursing/patient care experience considered.
• BLS certification is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to assigned patients.
• Supervise assigned personnel and communicate with the care team.
• Complete structured preceptorship and participate in cohort sessions.
