BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with an NCLEX in the United States. It is the only paid, new graduate residency in home care accredited by ANCC, with benefits and support for new nurses.

Residents receive one-on-one nursing care, weekly pay, paid training and shadowing, and access to simulation labs, with case assignments near home and 24/7 clinical support. Referral bonuses are offered as well.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
