The program is the only paid, ANCC-accredited new graduate residency in home care, with one-on-one nursing, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after a 6-week training.

Applicants must hold a valid U.S. nursing license, be CPR certified, and complete the required nursing program.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare teams.
• Support patients with daily living activities and monitor health status.
• Participate in paid training and shadowing during the program.
• Access around-the-clock clinical support by phone.
