BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. offers an exclusive Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with NCLEX in the United States. The program is the only paid new graduate residency in home care accredited by ANCC.

Residents receive one-on-one nursing care, weekly pay, flexible scheduling after six weeks of training, and comprehensive benefits. Short commutes and around-the-clock clinical support are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid U.S. nursing license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to residents in home health.
• Participate in the Nurse Residency training and shadowing programs.
• Utilize electronic charting systems (Statewise) for documentation.
