Qualifications

• Must be eligible to enter an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Must pass the Kentucky Board of Nursing Competency Evaluation within 120 days from hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to residents under the charge nurse.
• Create a safe, dignified environment following facility policies.
• Respond promptly to residents' call bells and requests.
• Assist with vital signs, weight checks, creams/ointments, and specimen collection.
• Assist with orientation of new residents and family members.
