Hazard Health & Rehabilitation Center is offering a paid Nurse Aide Trainee program to become a certified SRNA/CNA in Kentucky. No experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided with paid wages and test reimbursement for certification.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with competitive wages and benefits once certified. Training includes hours online and hands-on instruction, with preparation for the Kentucky Board of Nursing competency exam.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to enter a Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Paid on-the-job training with test reimbursement.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care under supervision to residents.
• Observe residents and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Answer call bells promptly and with kindness.
• Maintain residents' safety, comfort and privacy.
• Complete documentation as required by the facility.
