Job summary

Arthrex Richmond is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Summer Sales Internship Program for 2027. You will work directly with our team to learn about sales and operations in a medical device company, with hands-on exposure to surgical cases, product and sales training, and inventory logistics.

The internship runs 8-10 weeks, based in Richmond, VA, with regional travel possible and no housing sponsorship.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited college.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Biology, Kinesiology, or a related field.
GPA 3.0 minimum.
Comfort in surgery/operating room environment and ability to attend cases.
Valid US driver’s license with clean record and access to a vehicle.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Learn about sales and operations in a medical device company.
Attend surgical cases in the OR with sales reps and participate in product and sales trainings.
Spend time with the operations team to understand inventory logistics and management.
Engage with leadership and mentors for guidance and development.
Potentially secure a full-time job offer after the internship.
