Job summary

Spinutech seeks a Paid Media Team Lead to drive paid search strategy, forecasting, optimization, and client growth across a portfolio of accounts while mentoring a team of three paid media professionals.

You will lead paid media strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, guide client conversations, forecast budgets, and collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Web, SEO and Client Services to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an agency environment
• Previous people management experience leading paid media professionals
• Expert level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Paid Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display)
• Experience managing $1M+ annual media budgets including forecasting and performance planning
• Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution and measurement strategy
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to advise clients and present growth opportunities to stakeholders
• Experience using AI, automation, reporting, and data-visualization tools to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across the team’s portfolio and delegate with accountability
• Lead forecasting, budget planning and performance modeling for multi-million dollar budgets
• Develop paid media strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to align with client goals
• Guide client conversations with actionable recommendations and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Web, SEO and Client Services to strengthen measurement
• Mentor team members and support professional growth
• Adopt AI and automation to improve analysis, efficiency and campaign results
• Ensure high standards of execution and timely delivery for all projects
