Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience managing paid search campaigns and strategy.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing annual media budgets exceeding $1M.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to support campaign analysis, reporting, forecasting, creative ideation, and planning.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution frameworks.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, measurement, and reporting.
• Advanced analytics with Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis.
• Experience translating metrics into meaningful KPIs.
• Strong presentation and client communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and industry trends.
• CRM integrations, offline conversion tracking and attribution knowledge a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI for automation, reporting, data visualization using NinjaCat/Looker Studio/Claude/ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance modeling for multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Translate performance data into actionable growth opportunities across media and landing pages.
• Partner with analytics, creative, web, SEO, and CS teams to ensure cohesive strategy.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of account quality and continuous improvement.
