Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a motivated Paid Media Intern for Summer 2027, a 10-week paid internship focusing on performance marketing. The role is in-office and full-time during AMER internship dates.

You will work with the team to manage campaigns across search, social, and display, optimize budgets and creatives, and complete a Paid Media project. Enrollment in a 4-year undergrad and graduations between Dec 2027 and July 2029; no sponsorship required; strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Some prior marketing experience, preferably in paid media or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other DSPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns in support of customer acquisition.
• Manage budgeting and pacing to ensure paid media campaigns stay on track.
• Optimize creative assets and ad copy for improved performance.
• Complete an individual Paid Media Specific project as well as contribute to a group project along with the CMO interns in support of larger performance marketing goals.
• Contribute to the strategy and execution of campaigns on search, social, and display channels.
• Leverage data to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
