Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client discussions, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and own conversion tracking and attribution. This is a remote, full-time role with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record in improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and ensure reliable GA4 and pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As Paid Media Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
