The program combines 9 weeks of classroom instruction with on-the-job learning to develop you into a skilled Maintenance or Controls Technician. You will solve electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment, install and repair automated packaging lines, and help document preventative maintenance while progressing toward opportunities for advancement after six

Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in the paid apprenticeship program.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions precisely.
• Basic math ability for simple calculations and percentages.
• Good problem-solving mindset and hands-on aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory; collaborate with maintenance teams.
