Continental Properties is seeking a Marketing Intern (Part-Time) for Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You’ll support the Marketing team across social media, email campaigns, outreach, and online asset audits.
The role requires 15-20 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 per hour and potential for continuation into Summer 2027. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Marketing degree with CMS/SEO/HTML basics.

You will work with our Marketing team, our onsite apartment communities, and other Continental employees on daily marketing activities. You will create awareness and drive demand for our apartment communities, contributing to their success.
Candidates must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 semester.
