Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning technical skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, automotive, farm, construction, military, robotics, welding, machining experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safety guidelines.
• English reading/writing/speaking required for training and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machining equipment.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings; measure parts with precision tools.
• Assist with tooling repairs, modifications, and routine machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Learn electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
