Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in technical college or recent graduate in machine tool/CNC/manufacturing programs preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and team-minded.
• Curious, eager to learn and proud of quality work.
• On-site, first shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and run CNC mills, lathes and grinders alongside a mentor.
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T.
• Learn Mastercam programming and programming at the machine control.
• Machine small-run parts and tooling to tight tolerances.
• Perform in-process inspection on your own work.
• Take ownership of the parts you complete, and grow from running parts to owning a job.
