Job summary

Enterprise Mobility Management is offering a paid Trainee Internship in the Kansas City area (Lawrence, KS; Topeka, KS; St. Joseph, MO; Warrensburg, MO). You’ll gain real-world business and leadership experience while supporting fleet management, customer service and marketing initiatives.

The program is designed for rising seniors who are enrolled full time and looking to develop marketable leadership skills. This role is onsite in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester.
• Must have at least 4 months experience in retail/professional commissioned sales and/or customer service in the last three years.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 12 week commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills in a team-based environment.
• Learn to run projects and assist in managing a fleet of vehicles and customer relationships.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and compete in friendly challenges with peers.
