Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program located in Kansas City, MO. You will start in a neighborhood branch and learn every aspect of the business, from customer service to sales and operations, with the goal of eventually running your own location.

The program offers mentoring, training, and a culture of internal promotion, with a first-year target compensation of $50,000–$51,000 and a 46-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• At least 6 months experience in retail/sales/leadership or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years).
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners; be the operational expert.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Aim to run your own branch and develop your team.
