Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in the Kansas City metro area is offering a paid Mobility Management Trainee Internship for university students. From day one you’ll work on real business challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

You'll rotate through experiences across fleet management, customer service, marketing and relationship building, gaining leadership skills and practical business insight that helps you stand out on your resume.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester.
• Must have at least 4 months experience in retail/professional commissioned sales and/or customer service in the last three years.
• Leadership roles in organizations, military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 12 week commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Develop management, customer service and marketing skills through rotational experiences within Enterprise Mobility Management.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders on projects to learn operational and leadership best practices.
• Engage in team activities and performance incentives or employee referral rewards when applicable.
