Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Chattanooga invites applications for a Management Training Internship Program for Spring 2027. The internship runs February 1 to April 30, 2027, with a 25-hour weekly schedule and paid at $18.00 per hour.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and operations, with training, mentoring, and opportunity for long-term career growth within Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Senior in a Bachelor's degree program graduating by December 2027.
• Relevant work experience in sales, customer service, or management preferred (including leadership roles in student activities).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with <=2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete internship projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Possibly earn performance incentives and referral rewards.
