Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join its Management Internship in the Las Vegas area. The paid internship runs 12 weeks with a commitment of 20–25 hours per week, starting February–March 2027.

Interns will work in a team-based setting and tackle real-world business challenges alongside seasoned professionals. You’ll develop leadership and customer-relations skills while contributing to projects related to fleet management, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time college Senior student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program graduating no later than May 2027.
• Commitment to work 20 to 25 hours per week for 12 weeks with start from February-March 2027.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents within 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational management skills through day-to-day tasks in a team-based environment.
• Gain exposure to fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives or team activities.
