Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree student graduating May or June 2027.
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during Enterprise business hours.
• Live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills through hands-on projects and assignments.
• Assist in managing operations and customer interactions while working with a cohort of peers.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
