Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Ankeny, IA. The 10–12 week program starts May 19, 2027 and runs full-time at 40 hours per week. The internship pays $17 per hour and is located in the Ankeny, IA office (50021/50023).

Qualifying students must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree with graduation dates in 2027 or 2028, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The program includes projects, incentives, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of Aug 2027, Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available on the required days listed in the posting: Tue, May 18; Jun 7-9; Thu, Jul 29.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a Management Internship Program that exposes you to fleet operations, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition while learning leadership skills.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers through day-to-day responsibilities and team collaboration.
