Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship in Harrisburg offers paid real-world business and leadership experience for university students. You’ll join a team-based environment, learning to run a successful operation and gaining marketable management skills from day one.

Compensation is $16 per hour, with a 40-hour work week for 10–12 weeks. Orientation starts Monday, May 24, and the internship is based at 2222 Paxton St., Harrisburg, PA 17111.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in the Summer Intern Orientation Class on May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40-hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills through Enterprise's Management Internship.
• Support fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and participate in peer competition and incentives.
