Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join our Management Internship program in Hickory, NC. From day one you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business while tackling real challenges alongside first and second year professionals.

You’ll collaborate on fleet, customers, marketing, and relationship-building in a team-based environment. The internship runs 10–12 weeks with a start date around May 17 and includes opportunities for performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university.
• Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
