Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a part-time Management Internship in Inland Empire, San Gabriel Valley and desert territories. You will learn to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build marketing strategies while collaborating with peers.

Ideal candidates are full-time students pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with 6 months in sales, customer service, leadership, or management. Expect an 8–10 week program starting Oct–Dec 2026, with a $20.58/hour wage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Any major considered. Graduating December 2026.
• Must have 6 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, leadership or management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 8-10 week commitment with the availability to start from October 2026 - December 2026.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
