Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join our Management Internship at one of our local Woburn branches. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing fleet operations, delivering excellent customer service, and developing marketing strategies.

As a paid internship, you’ll work full-time for 10–12 weeks, mirroring challenges faced by early-career professionals. Expect a team-based, learning-focused environment with peers and potential performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks during the window of mid-May through mid-August.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support management and learn fleet operations, customer service, and marketing strategies.
• Engage in projects and compete with peers; may receive performance incentives and referrals.
