Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship at our Leominster area branches. You’ll gain real-world leadership and business experience, taking on challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals. It’s a paid internship in a team-based environment.

During the 10–12 week program, you’ll work around scheduling in Leominster, develop fleet-management and customer-service skills, and have opportunities for performance incentives and referrals. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with expected graduation May 2028.
• Able to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks during mid-May to mid/late August.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction on record within last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
