Enterprise Mobility/Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental offers a paid Management Internship located in Arlington or Falls Church, VA. You’ll learn what it takes to run a business and develop marketable leadership skills from day one, aligned with our trainees’ responsibilities.

You’ll join a team-based environment with peers by your side, and opportunities to work on projects that build customer relationships, marketing strategies, and fleet management experience

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduating December 2027, Spring 2028 or Summer 2028.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years.
• Leadership could include activities in orgs, clubs, volunteer work, athletics or military service.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Background check including driving history, references, education and SSN must be satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and provide excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and teamwork within the internship program.
