Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in the Bronx, NY is offering a Management Internship for spring 2027. This paid, part-time program lets university students gain real-world leadership experience while learning what it takes to run a successful business.

You’ll join a team-based environment and work closely with peers from day one. You will develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing, with Projects and a collaborative, competitive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating May/June 2027.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work 15 hours per week during the internship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of the Bronx, NY location.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills by supporting fleet operations and customer service.
• Assist in formulating marketing strategies and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
